National 7T Facility in Lund Inaugurated

May 19th, the national 7T facility in Lund was inaugurated. During the inauguration afternoon, representatives from Lund University and Skåne University Hospital described the process for the project from the start until today as well as the importance of the facility. Two scientific talks were also given by invited guests from the Netherlands. A visit to the facility was also offered. Swedish Bioimaging 6th National Meeting

May 20th, the 6th national meeting of Swedish Bioimaging took place in Lund. Close to 70 participants from the different parts of Sweden attended the meeting. During the day, presentations were given on bioimaging in Lund including MAX IV and also on bioimaging at the Danish national 7T facililty. Updates from some of the Swedish Bioimaging national facilities were also on the programme as well as an overview of Swedish Bioimaging and Euro-Bioimaging. By the end of the day, visits at different imaging modalities were offered.
